Tato bakalářská práce je souhrnem faktů o roztroušené skleróze (dále jen RS) mozkomíšní, která je v našich geografických podmínkách poměrně častým onemocněním a kterou zatím lékaři nedokáží vyléčit. V posledních letech se ovšem rozmohl výzkum zabývající se efektivitou léčby symptomů RS prostřednictvím konopných látek. Cílem této bakalářské práce je sumarizovat stávající evidenci efektivity kanabidiolu (dále jen CBD) a zjistit, jaké benefity může mít užívání CBD při rehabilitaci pacientů s RS. Pro tvorbu bylo použito 22 anglických článků, které byly vyhledány v datábázích Pubmed a Medline na základě anglických ekvivalentů klíčových slov: roztroušená skleróza a kanabidiol, fyzioterapie u roztroušené sklerózy, kanabidiol a rehabilitace. Z výsledků studií vyplynulo, že kanabidiol má neuroprotektivní, imunomodulační a protizánětlivé účinky zpomalující progresi RS a ve fyzioterapii se uplatňuje spolu s delta-9-tetrahydrokanabinolem (dále jen THC) ve formě spreje Sativex při léčbě bolesti a spasticity.This bachelor thesis is a summary of facts about sclerosis multiplex (MS) cerebrospinalis, relatively frequent disease in our geographical conditions but doctors cannot cure it yet. However, research dealing with effectiveness of treatment of MS symptoms by cannabis has grown in recent years. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the existing evidence of cannabidiol (CBD) effectiveness and to find out what benefits the use of CBD may have in the rehabilitation of MS patients. 20 English articles were searched for in the Pubmed and Medline datasets based on English keyword equivalents: multiple sclerosis and cannabidiol, physiotherapy and multiple sclerosis, cannabidiol, and rehabilitation. The results of studies have shown that cannabidiol has neuroprotective, immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects that slow the progression of RS. CBD is used in physiotherapy with delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinoid (THC) in the form of Sativex oromucosal spray for pain and spasticity treatment.
