Funkční elektrická stimulace [rukopis] / Martina Ehlová. -- 2018. -- 60. -- Oponent Radmil Dvořák. -- Ved. práce Josef Urban. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou funkční elektrické stimulace u pacientů s poruchou centrálního motoneuronu. V úvodní části je popsán princip svalové kontrakce, syndrom centrálního motoneuronu, spasticita a nejčastější onemocnění způsobená touto poruchou. Dále je popsána chůze a její změny u pacientů s centrální obrnou. Podstatná část textu je věnována funkční elektrické stimulaci, jejímu principu, historii, poznatkům z nejnovějších studií, porovnání s použitím hlezenní ortézy. Funkční elektrické stimulace se nejčastěji využívá ke zlepšení chůze u pacientů se syndromem přepadávající špičky (foot drop), který je zde také charakterizován. Práce se dále zabývá možností dalšího využití FES např. na horní končetině. Součástí práce je také kazuistika pacienta s roztroušenou sklerózou, který má problém při chůzi s přepadávající špičkou.. -- Abstract: This Bachelor Thesis deals with functional electrical stimulation (FES) in patients with an upper motor neuron syndrome. The first part describes the mechanism of muscle contraction, upper motor neuron syndrome, spasticity and the most frequent diseases caused by the syndrome. This part further describes gait and its changes in patients with central paralysis. An extensive part of the thesis deals with functional electrical stimulation, describes its mechanism, history and recent findings, and compares its use with the use of an ankle-foot orthosis. The FES is most often used in patients with the foot drop syndrome, which is also described in the thesis. The thesis also discusses the potential to apply FES to other parts of the body such as the upper limb. Finally, the thesis reports a case of a foot-drop patient suffering from multiple sclerosis.
