Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na sběr padesáti vzorků sedimentů stojatých vod v okolí Olomouce. Bude posuzována struktura sebraného vzorku (zastoupení písčité frakce, štěrku, organického detritu apod.), geografická poloha odběrového místa a vzdálenost od nejbližšího potenciálního zdroje znečištění. Metodou podle Round (1953) bude provedena izolace epipelických sinic a hodnocení struktury společenstva. Práce vyhodnotí vztah struktury společenstev sinic, sedimentu, geografické polohy a přítomnosti lokálních zdrojů znečištění.This diploma thesis focuses on collecting fifty samples of standing water sediments in Olomouc surroudings. The structure of the collected sample (representation of the sand fraction, gravel, organic detritus, etc.) will be considered, the geographic location of the sampling point and the distance from the nearest potential source of pollution. The method according to Round (1953) will be used to isolate epipelic cyanobacteria and evaluate the structure of the community. The thesis evaluates the relation of the structure of the communities of cyanobacteria, sediment, geographic location and the presence of local sources of pollution.
