Teorie her jako samostatná vědní disciplína se zabývá konfliktními rozhodovacími situacemi. Modely matematické teorie her se snaží nejen analyzovat konfliktní situace, ale pomocí vhodně zvolených matematických modelů a výpočtů se snaží najít optimální strategii pro účastníky takových konfliktů. V této práci jsou po úvodním stručném seznámení a nahlédnutí do historie teorie her přehledně popsány základy této teorie. Postupně se seznamujeme se základními pojmy a definicemi, dělením her podle různých kriterií a s modely rozhodovacích situací. V poslední kapitole jsou podrobněji představeny antagonistické hry, jejich metody řešení, které jsou doplněny i o příklady jejich použití.Theory of games as an independent science discipline deals with conflicting decision situations. Models of mathematical game theory try not only to analyse conflicting situations but to find an optimal strategy for participants in such conflicts using appropriately chosen mathematical models and computations. In this work, after the initial brief introduction and insight into the theory of games, the basics of this theory are described. We gradually get acquainted with the basic concepts and definitions, the division of games according to various criteria and the models of decision situations. In the last chapter, antagonistic games are presented, along with the methods for their solution, and are supplemented with examples of their use.
