Práce se člení na teoretickou a praktickou část. Součástí teoretické části je nástin stručné anatomie CNS a popis funkční specializace mozkových hemisfér. Pozornost je dále věnována terminologii, etiologii a symptomatologii pravohemisferových defitů, s detailnějším popisem neglect syndromu a hemianopsie, včetně jejich diagnostiky a terapie z pohledu logopedie. Praktická část se věnuje procesu tvorby intervenčního materiálu, včetně jeho popisu. Součástí jsou čtyři případové studie osob s neglect syndromem a homonymní hemianopsií, na kterých byl materiál ověřen. V závěru jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky.. -- Abstract: This thesis is focused on creation of an interventional material for people with neglect syndrome and hemianopsia. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes description of anatomy of CNS and description of functional specialization of the brain hemispheres. A great deal of attention is paid to the terminology, etiology and symptomatology of right hemisphere brain disorders, with more detailed description of neglect syndrome and hemianopsia, including their diagnostics and therapy from the perspective of speech and language therapy. The practical part deals with the process of the creation of material for intervention, including its description. This thesis contains four case studies of people with neglect syndrome and homonymous hemianopsia on which the material was verified. The results are summarized in conclusion.
