Diplomová práce se zabývá europeizací nečlenských či kandidátských zemí s akcentem na oblast západního Balkánu, konkrétně pak na Bosnu a Hercegovinu. Předmětem práce je zkoumání procesu europeizace v Bosně a Hercegovině. Jedná se o jedinečnou kvalitativní případovou studii, jejímž cílem je hluboké porozumění případu europeizace v Bosně a Hercegovině a jeho důkladné prozkoumání. Cílem práce je na základě teoretického konceptu europeizace nečlenských a kandidátských zemí identifikovat a konceptualizovat vnitřní a vnější faktory europeizace v Bosně a Hercegovině. Dalším cílem pak je analýza vybraných vnitřních faktorů a jejich dopadu či vlivu na jednotlivé dimenze. Stejně tak jsou analyzovány faktory vnější, podobně jako u vnitřních faktorů je analyzován jejich dopad a vliv na europeizační proces. Teoretický základ práce je tvořen procesem europeizace, jejími přístupy a význačnými teoretiky a autory. Autor diplomové práce se primárně zaměřil na europeizaci nečlenských a kandidátských zemí. K identifikaci a konceptualizaci vnitřních a vnějších faktorů sloužila především teoretická perspektiva racionalistického institucionalismu od Franka Schimmelfenniga a Ulricha Sedelmeiera doplněná dílčími faktory od Aroldy Elbasani. Na základě teoretických postupů a perspektiv byly jednotlivé faktory rozřazeny do dvou kategorií vnitřní a vnější, přičemž kategorie vnitřních faktorů byla rozdělena do dimenzí polity a policy. Analytická část práce (druhá a třetí kapitola) zkoumala, jakým způsobem a v jakých dimenzích se jednotlivé vnitřní a vnější faktory projevují při procesu europeizace v Bosně a Hercegovině.The diploma thesis deals with the europeanization of non-member or candidate countries with an accent on Western Balkan region, namely Bosnia and Herzegovina. The subject of the diploma thesis is the study of the proces of europeanization in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The diploma thesis is the unique qualitative case study that aims at deep understanding of the case of europeanization in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its thorough examination. The aim of the thesis is to identify and conceptualize the internal and external factors of europeanization in Bosnia and Herzegovina on the basis of the theoretical concept of europeanization of non-member and candidate countries. The theoretical basis of the work consists of the process of europeanisation, its various approaches and distinguished theoreticians and authors. The author of the diploma thesis focused primarily on the europeanization of non-member and candidate countries. In particular, the theoretical perspective of rationalist institutionalism from Frank Schimmelfennig and Ulrich Sedelmeier supplemented by partial factors from Arolda Elbasani was used to identify and conceptualize the internal and external factors. On the basis of theoretical approaches and perspectives, the individual factors were divided into two categories - internal and external, with the category of internal factors being divided into the dimensions of policy and policy. The analytical part of the thesis (second and third chapter) examined how and in what dimensions the internal and external factors are manifested in the process of europeanization in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
