Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychologickou rehabilitací rizikových řidičů a vznikla za spolupráce s Centrem dopravního výzkumu (CDV) v Brně. Teoretická část definuje rizikového řidiče a rizikové chování v dopravě, s čímž se nedílně pojí problematika alkoholu a drog za volantem. Dále tato část popisuje historii a současný stav rehabilitačních programů v zahraničí a v České republice. U nás se jedná o rehabilitační program REPADO organizovaný CDV, kde byli osloveni zájemci o spolupráci na této práci. Pro praktickou část byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup. Data byla sbírána pomocí hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, kterých se zúčastnilo osm klientů programu REPADO. Pro analýzu dat byla použita metoda zakotvené teorie. Práce popsala a analyzovala důvody odebrání řidičského oprávnění respondentů a jeho dopad na osobní a pracovní život. Dílčí cíle se zaměřily na vztah respondentů k alkoholu a drogám. Zjišťovány byly také jejich postoje k dopravnímu systému a pravidlům silničního provozu. Součástí rozhovorů bylo celkové hodnocení rehabilitačního programu REPADO.The bachelor thesis deals with the psychological rehabilitation of risk drivers and was created in cooperation with the Center for Transport Research (CDV) in Brno. The theoretical part defines a risk driver and risk behavior in transport, integrating the issues of alcohol and drugs at the wheel. This part describes the history and current status of rehabilitation programmes abroad and in the Czech Republic too. In our case it is a REPADO rehabilitation programme organized by CDV, where people interested in working on this thesis were addressed. A qualitative approach was chosen for the practical part. The data was collected through deep semi-structured interviews attended by eight REPADO clients. A method of anchored theory was used for data analysis. The thesis described and analyzed the reasons for the withdrawal of the driving license of the respondents and its impact on personal and work life. The sub-targets were focused on the relationship of respondents to alcohol and drugs. Their attitudes to the transport system and traffic rules were also examined. Part of the interviews was the overall evaluation of the rehabilitation programme REPADO.
