Transformace přináší velké změny v systému poskytování péče psychiatrickým pacientům a open dialogue je jeden ze systémů péče, jejž lze využít při práci s psychicky nemocnými pacienty, aby došlo k jejich rychlému a efektivnímu návratu do běžného života. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popsání problematiky transformace sociální péče v České republice, prostředí psychiatrické léčebny jako místa, kde je poskytována sociální péče, dále se zabývá profesí sociálních pracovníků a otevřeným dialogem jako přístupem k řešení problémů. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumnému šetření, jak probíhá proces transformace v Psychiatrické léčebně Šternberk.. -- Abstract: This bachelor thesis is concerned with the transformation of social care and the use of the care system "open dialogue" in the Psychiatric hospital Šternberk. The transformation brings significant changes in the system of providing care to psychiatric patients and the "open dialogue" is one of the systems of care that can be used when working with mentally-ill patients to achieve their fast and effective return into ordinary life. The theoretical part focuses on describing the issues related to the transformation of social care in the Czech Republic, the environment of the psychiatric hospital as the place where social care is provided, the social work profession and open dialogue as an approach to problem solving. The practical part is devoted to the research on the process of transformation in the Psychiatric hospital Šternberk.
