Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou získaných poruch čtení u pacientů s organickým poškozením mozku. Teoretická část charakterizuje proces čtení a poskytuje informace o alexii s důrazem na popis jednotlivých syndromů alexie z kognitivně - neuropsychologického hlediska. Současně nabízí informace o poruchách vyšších kortikálních funkcí, jež nejčastěji s alexií koexistují. Praktická část charakterizuje vytvořený materiál sloužící k diagnostice pacientů s lehkou formou alexie v chronické fázi onemocnění a analyzuje výsledky získané při vyšetření souboru dobrovolníků bez poruchy čtení s využitím vytvořeného testu.The thesis deals with the issue of acquired reading deficits in cases of patients with organic brain damage. Theoretical part characterizes the process of reading and gives information about alexia with emphasis on the description of single syndromes of alexia from cognitive neuropsychological point of view. Simultaneously, it offers pieces of information about disorders of higher cortical functions that usually coexist with alexia. The practical part characterizes a material that can be used to diagnose patients with a less severe form of alexia in the chronic part of the illness and analyzes the results gained during the checkup of a group of volunteers without reading the deficit by using the created test.
