Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobami s kognitivně komunikační poruchou, zejména na osoby s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Cílem je analyzovat stav logopedické intervence u osob s kognitivně komunikační poruchou, zjistit způsoby komunikace zaměstnanců domova pečující o tyto osoby v případě, kdy zařízení nenavštěvuje logoped, jaké formy a metody neverbální komunikace využívají při své práci, znalosti systému alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována vymezením pojmů demence, typům demence, Alzheimerově nemoci, jejím projevům a symptomatologii, kognitivně komunikačním poruchám. V praktické části je realizován kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetřeníThe bachelor thesis deals with persons with cognitive communication disorder, especially those with Alzheimer's disease. The aim is to analyze the state of logopedic intervention in persons with a cognitive communication disorder, to find out ways of communication of home care staff in case the device does not visit the logoped, what forms and methods of non-verbal communication they use in their work, knowledge of the alternative and augmentative communication system. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to definitions of dementia, types of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, its manifestations and symptomatology, cognitive communication disorders. In the practical part qualitative research is realized in the form of semi-structured interviews and quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey
