(46 404 znaků) : il., grafy, tab. -- Oponent Eliška Hladíková. -- Ved. práce Renáta Heinzová. -- Abstract: Na začátku bakalářské práce se zabývám zorným polem a jeho parametry a měření, dále skotom, jako hlavní pojem ve vyšetření ZP. Následně popisuji statickou perimetrii, její principy, dnešní provedení a průběh vyšetření. Výsledky perimetrie ve formě diagramu ZP jsou zde do detailu kompletně analyzovány. Dále je prostor věnován nejnovějším poznatkům v oblasti ve formě pokročilých zařízení a testovacích programů. Pro kontext statické perimetrie jsou zmíněny i další metody vyšetření ZP. Nedílnou součástí problematiky je orientace v patologii jenž může perimetrie odhalit, kterou jsem se snažil popsat stručně v rámci Optometrie a pokusit se o vlastní přínos k tématu ve formě diagnostické tabulky chorob ZP.. -- Abstract: In the beginning of the bachelor thesis I describe the visual field and its parameters and measurement, following scotoma as the main term in VF examination. Then I describe the static perimetry, its principles, the current state and the process of examination. Perimetry results in the form of the VF diagram are analyzed thoroughly. Furthermore, following chapter is about latest knowledge at the discipline in the form of advanced devices and test programs. For the context of the static perimetry, other methods of examination are also mentioned. A major part of the theme is orientation in pathology that can be revealed by the perimetry, therefore I tried to briefly describe within the Optometry extent and make my own contribution to the topic in the form of VF diseases diagnostics chart.
