Přehledová bakalářská práce je orientována na problematiku Kristellerovy exprese z pohledu porodní asistentky. Podává ucelený přehled o historickém vzniku, vývoji a užití techniky v oboru porodnictví. Dále poukazuje na využití Kristellerovy exprese v průběhu porodu a předkládá srovnání použití Kristellerova manévru v jednotlivých zemích. Zabývá se komplikacemi výkonu s ohledem na matku a plod. Uvedeny jsou i alternativní postupy, kterými lze v určitých porodnických situacích výkonu předejít. Všechny tyto informace jsou podloženy recenzovanými zahraničními zdroji.Overview thesis is focused on the issue of fundal from the perspective of midwives. It provides a comprehensive overview of the historical origin, development and use of technology in the field of obstetrics. Also points to the use of fundal during childbirth and presents a comparison of the use of fundal maneuver in individual countries . It deals with the complications of performance with regard to mother and fetus. Included are alternative procedures whereby , in certain situations, the performance of obstetric prevented. All these information are supported by peer-reviewed foreign sources.
