Cílem je zjistit, zda se v zařízeních sociálních služeb ve Zlínském kraji využívají systémy AAK. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá komunikací obecně, definuje alternativní a augmentativní komunikaci a popisuje jednotlivé systémy AAK. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na narušenou komunikační schopnost a popisuje využití systémů AAK u jednotlivých okruhů osob se zdravotním postižením. Třetí kapitola uvádí popis kompetencí pracovníků v sociálních službách a resortu Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí. Praktická část je zpracována prostřednictvím dotazníků do grafické podoby. Po zodpovězení průzkumných otázek je vyvozen závěr celého šetření.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether there is any usage of alternative and augmentative systems in social services in the Zlín region. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with communication in general, defines alternative and augmentative communication systems and describe AAC systems. The second chapter focuses on impaired communication abilities and describes the use of AAC systems for individual groups of people with disabilities. The third chapter presents a description of the competencies of the workers in social services and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The practical part is processed through questionnaires in a graphical form. After answering questions exploration is concluded the research.
