Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku potravinové bezpečnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy, charakteristiku, faktory ovlivňují potravinovou bezpečnost a potravinovou bezpečnost z hlediska ochrany obyvatelstva jako je nouzové zásobování potravinami a vodou. Praktická část pomocí grafů hodnotí anketu, která byla předložena veřejnosti.This bachelor thesis solves problems of food security. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts, characteristics, factors affecting food security. In the thesis is written about food security in terms of protection of the population as an emergency supply of food and water. The practical part using graphs evaluates the questionnaire, which was presented to the public
