Cílem práce je zkoumání vývoje procesu europeizace v Bosně a Hercegovině: zjištění bodů s právem veta v ústavním systému Bosny a Hercegoviny a aktérů, kteří mohou procesu europeizace naopak napomoci. Studie analyzuje roli Úřadu Vysokého představitele pro Bosnu a Hercegovinu (OHR) na europeizaci země. Kvantitativní analýzou porovnává počet rozhodnutí OHR s počtem rozhodnutí bosenských institucí (legislativy důležité pro europeizaci, její implementaci a počet ustavených institucí).The paper examines the process of europeanization in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). It looks for possible veto-points and institutions that facilitate the process in the context of the bosnian constitutional system. After that, the work examines, by the the use of quantitative method, the role of the weakening OHR in the proces of europeanization of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
