Teoretická část se věnuje konkurznímu řízení, stručně popisuje i předpoklady pro výkon funkce ředitele. Je příručkou pro zřizovatele při realizaci konkurzu, jmenování ředitele i při řešení skončení výkonu jeho práce. Upozorňuje na výjimky a možná úskalí. Vede zřizovatele k zamyšlení nad spoluprací se školou. Praktická část je analýzou konkurzů v Kraji Vysočina v letech 2012-2013. Zaměřuje se na jejich četnost, zájem uchazečů a na zjištění počtu změn ve funkcích ředitelů škol.. -- Abstract: The Bachelor Thesis is concerned with the competition for the posts of directors of municipal/region instituted schools. These schools are founded as state-funded institutions. The theoretical part explores the competition for the posts itself, moreover, it briefly describes which conditions are required of applicants in order to successfully perform the director's function. The theoretical part is a handbook designed to help the school authority in carrying out of the competition, in appointing the director, as well as in solving the director's office-leave. It draws our attention to exceptions, possible obstacles and leads the school authority to think about its cooperation with schools. The practical part is an analysis of the competitions in the Vysočina Region in years 2012-2013. It is focused on their frequency, on the number of applicants and on finding out the number of changes in directors' office.
