Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kompetencí radiologických asistentů. Teoretická část se věnuje právnímu vymezení kompetencí oboru radiologický asistent a studiu profese Radiologický asistent, jehož kvalifikační příprava se realizuje na vysokých školách v 3letém bakalářském studiu. Kompetence radiologického asistenta se specializací i bez specializace a bez odborného dohledu jsou uvedeny ve vyhlášce č. 55/2011 Sb. Cílem práce je zjistit, v jaké míře plní radiologičtí asistenti dle pracovního zařazení své pracovní povinnosti uvedené ve vyhlášce č. 55/2011 Sb., jak jsou spokojeni se svými kompetencemi a popsat názory na případnou budoucnost rozšíření těchto kompetencí. Pro získání dat byla použita kvantitativní výzkumná metoda s využitím techniky dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Z výsledků vyplývá, že radiologičtí asistenti bez specializace a bez odborného dohledu nebo s odborným dohledem překračují své kompetence a radiologičtí asistenti se specializací a bez odborného dohledu nenaplňují právně stanovené kompetence. Tato situace není optimální z hlediska efektivity práce s lidskými zdroji, zajištění kvalitní péče a z hlediska bezpečné péče ve vztahu k pacientům.This diploma thesis engages the issue of radiographers competencies. The theoretical part addresses the juridical determination of competencies of the radiographer profession and the Radiographer field of study, with its qualification preparation realized at universities in three-year bachelor's programs. Competencies of radiographer with or without specialization, and without expert supervision are stated in Public Notice 55/2011 Coll. The aim of this thesis is to find out to what extent according to their job grade do the radiographers fulfill their duties, how they are satisfied with their competencies, and to describe opinions of eventual future extension of these competencies. The quantitative research method has been used to obtain the data, using the questionnaire technique of own composition. The findings demonstrate that radiographers without specialization, and without or with expert supervision overstep their competencies and radiographers with specialization and without expert supervision do not fulfill the competencies given by law. This situation is not optimal regarding human resources work efficiency, provision of the high-quality care, and regarding safe care in relation to patients.
