U ostatních čtyř funkčních testů ruky a u hodnocení kvality provedení testu kreslení hodin a konstrukční úlohy třemi nezávislými hodnotiteli nebyly zaznamenány žádné statisticky významné rozdíly mezi oběma sledovanými skupinami. Předběžné výsledky této pilotní studie podporují existenci vztahu řízení mezi akrem a pletencem horní končetiny u tohoto druhu pacientů a ukazují na vhodnost dalších studií.The aim of the master's thesis was to evaluate whether there exists the influence of the lesion of a dominant shoulder joint on the control of fine motor and spastial functions of the ipsilateral hand in the group of patients with the syndrome of painful and dysfunctional shoulder compared with a control group of healthy probands. In the research sample were included 22 patients with the syndrome of painful shoulder on the right upper limb, of whom 10 were men and 12 women ranging in the age category from 18 to 65 years old, with an average age of 42. The control group consisted of 22 probands, of whom 10 men and 12 women ranging in the age category from 18 to 68 years old, with an average age of 42. Both groups were tested by using five functional tests of hand (the Twenty-hole peg test, the Spiral test, the Construction task, the Clock drawing test, and the Test of visuospatial orientation). Based on the results of statistical analysis of the collected data the statistically significant difference in the Twenty-hole peg test was proved. For the other four functional tests of hand and for the evaluation of the quality of performed the Clock drawing test and the Construction task, which were evaluated by three independent evaluators, there were no statistically significant differences between the researched groups. Preliminary results of this pilot study support the existence of the functional connection between the acre and girdle of the upper limb of this type of patients and point out the recommendantion for futher studies.
