Ve své diplomové práci na téma: "Neplatnost a neexistence manželství" se zabývám charakteristikou, historickým vývojem tohoto institutu, důvody jeho existence a jeho procesním aspektem. Vše dle právního stavu ke dni 1. 1. 2014. Kromě klasického pojetí institutu neplatnosti a neexistence manželství se zaměřuji také na problematiku registrovaného partnerství a transgenderu v souvislosti s neplatností a neexistencí manželství. V neposlední řadě zde zpracovávám komparaci tohoto institutu se zahraniční právní úpravou, konkrétně s německou právní úpravou.In my diploma thesis:,, Void and voidable marriage" I focus on the characterization of this problem, its historical development, reasons for its existence and their procedural aspects Everything according to the legal status of the day 1.1.2014.
