Práce se zabývá postavením cizinců na českém trhu práce. Zpracovává vývoj migračních tendencí v České republice, změny v migrační politice, ekonomické migrace a jejich proměny v čase a změny v postavení cizinců na trhu práce. Dále nastiňuje regulaci vlády z hlediska zahraniční zaměstnanosti, změny legislativy s ní související a reakční tendence cizinců na ni. Ukazuje vliv krize na ekonomické migrace. Výzkumná část práce popisuje, jak cizinci vnímají své vlastní postavení a jak se jim daří na trhu práce.This thesis deals with the role of foreigners in the Czech labor market. Thesis process migration trends in the Czech Republic, changes in migration policy, economic migration and their changes in time and changes in the status of foreigners in the labor market.
