Práce porovnává teoretická východiska pro zřizování a činnost příspěvkové organizace se skutečným stavem, uplatňovaným v praxi. Je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol, z nichž každá je členěna na teoretickou část, v níž jsou uvedena legislativní východiska zmiňované problematiky, a na praktickou část, popisující skutečný stav. Závěr práce shrnuje zjištěné poznatky z oblasti legislativních a ekonomických vztahů mezi zřizovatelem a příspěvkovou organizací, kterými jsou obec a škola.The final thesis compares theoretical starting points for the operation and the activity of thestate-funded institution with the real state being in use in practice. It consists of five main chapters, each of them is divided into a theoretical part in which the legislative starting points of the mentioned problems are introduced, and the practical part describing the real state. The conclusion of the final thesis sums up ascertained pieces of knowledge from the field of legislative and economic relations between the founder and the state-funded institution - it means the municipality and the school.
