V teoretické části práce jsou objasněny pojmy jako volný čas, výchova, výchova mimo vyučování, školní družina, osobnost vychovatele a rizikové faktory. Empirická část zkoumá rizikové faktory a určuje subjektivní míru ohrožení, kterou vychovatelé školních družin pociťují z hlediska věkových kategorií a z pohledu kategorie odsloužených let pedagogické praxe. Zároveň nabízí srovnání výsledků obou kategorií.. -- Abstract: The aim of this work is the specification of risk factors that threaten educators school centers in their profession. In the theoretical part of the thesis explains concepts such as leisure, education, education outside the classroom, school club, celebrity educators and risk factors. The empirical part of the risk factors and subjective determines the degree of risk that educators feel the after-school centers in terms of ages, from the perspective of category seniority of teaching experience. It also offers a comparison of the results of both categories.
