Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ověřením účinnosti speciálních driblinkových cvičení v basketbalu u kategorie mladších žákyň. Testování proběhla v 11. a 23. týdnu 2012. Zúčastnily se ho 4 týmy, Kara Trutnov (14 hráček), BSK TJ Jičín (14 hráček), Sokol Hradec Králové (14 hráček) a TJ OP Prostějov (14 hráček). U celého výzkumného souboru (56 hráček) byly testovány driblinkové dovednosti pomocí Židlového testu a Slalomu s driblinkem. Mezi 11. a 23. týdnem absolvovaly hráčky 30 tréninkových jednotek. Týmy Kara Trutnov a BSK TJ Jičín zařadily do těchto tréninků speciální driblinková cvičení. Po celou dobu byly zaznamenávány údaje z technického zápisu o ztrátách míčů během odehraných zápasů. Po ukončení tréninkové etapy proběhlo druhé měření. Naměřené hodnoty byly statisticky zpracovány, porovnány a vyhodnoceny. To platí u všech čtyř týmů, což opět potvrzuje statistickou nevýznamnost driblinkových cvičení.This diploma thesis deals with efficiency examination of special dribble exercise in basketball category junior female players. The testing took place in the 11th and 23rd week of 2012 with 4 teams: Kara Trutnov (14 players), BSK TJ Jičín (14 players), Sokol Hradec Králové (14 players) and TJ OP Prostějov (14 players). Tested was the dribble competence of the whole group (56 players) by means of a ?Chair test? and ?Slalom with dribble?. Between the 11th and 23rd week players took part in 30 training units. Kara Trutnov and BSK TJ Jičín teams added special dribble exercises to these trainings. Data from technical records about ball losses during passed games were registered within the whole period. After the end of the training period a second measurement was taken. Measured figures were statistically elaborated, compared and evaluated. The results show that special dribble exercise doesn?t influence the improvement of dribble competence. Furthermore, the results prove that ball losses decrease in line with increasing number of matches within the training period. This applies for all four teams, which confirms the irrelevance of dribble exercise.
