(152752 znaků) : il. -- Ved. práce Hana Mazalová. -- Oponent Hana Šlechtová. -- Abstract: Tématem závěrečné diplomové práce jsou příležitosti a rizika procesu transformace sociálních služeb z pohledu uživatele. Obsahem práce jsou čtyři hlavní kapitoly. První část představuje sociální služby v České republice a výčet nejdůležitějších závazných dokumentů, které se vztahují k oblasti sociální práce, lidských práv nebo transformace sociálních služeb. Další kapitola se věnuje procesu transformace pobytových sociálních služeb. Vysvětluje základní pojmy, význam transformace a její dopad na jednotlivce, potřebnost změny ústavní péče, pohled na zahraniční zkušenosti a principy normality. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na šest hlavních překážek transformace, čímž končí teoretická část. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je popsat proces transformace sociálních služeb a identifikovat v něm příležitosti a rizika, která se dotýkají samotných uživatelů. Na to se nejvíce soustředí čtvrtá rozsáhlá kapitola, která je pojata empiricky. Práce poukazuje na jeden z důležitých aktuálních trendů v současné sociální práci, kterým je nutnost měnit pobytové sociální služby tak, aby dosahovaly určitých standardů kvality.. -- Abstract: The theme of the final thesis are the opportunities and risks of the process of transformation of social services from the user's perspective. The contents are four main chapters. The first part presents the social services in the Czech Republic and a list of the most important documents that relate to social work, human rights or the transformation of social services. Next chapter focuses on the process of transformation of residential social services. It explains basic concepts, the importance of transformation and its impact on individuals, need for care changes, the view of international experience and principles of normality. The third chapter focuses on six major obstacles to transformation. By this chapter the theoretical part ends. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the process of transformation of social services and identify in it the opportunities and risks that affect the users themselves. The fourth extensive chapter concentrates on this goal empirically. The work highlights one of the most important current trends in contemporary social work, which is the need to change the residential social services designed to achieve a certain quality standards.
