Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Implementace Úmluvy o právech osob se zdravotním postižením v praxi sociální práce. Účelem práce je předložení důležitých informací o právech lidí se zdravotním postižením, o Úmluvě o právech osob se zdravotním postižením a přispět ke zvýšení povědomí o právech lidí se zdravotním postižením. Cílem práce je zjistit, které subjekty se podílejí na monitoringu implementace Úmluvy o právech osob se zdravotním postižením a předložit výsledky jejich činnosti v oblasti monitoringu implementace Úmluvy o právech osob se zdravotním postižením a v samotném procesu implementace tohoto právního dokumentu v České republice.The Bachelor Theses applies to implementation of The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to social work practise. The aim of the thesis is to present important information about the rights of people with disabilities, about The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and to contribute to better knowledge about the rights of people with disabilities. The target of the thesis is to find out which subjects take part on monitoring of implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and to present their results in monitoring of implementation of "CRPD" and the process of implementation of this legal document in the Czech Republic itself.
