Spravedlnost v hodnocení výsledků vzdělávání žáků v kontextu kurikulární reformy [rukopis] / Kateřina Švestková. -- 2012. -- 168. -- Ved. práce Jana Vašťatková. -- Ved. práce Jana Vašťatková. -- Abstract: Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou spravedlnosti v hodnocení výsledků vzdělávání žáků v kontextu kurikulární reformy. Spravedlnost je chápána jako pojem vycházející především z aktuálně platných a uznávaných psaných i nepsaných pravidel a norem. V souvislosti s možným vymezením teorií spravedlnosti je spravedlnost v hodnocení výsledků vzdělávání žáků řešena v kontextu dané sociální reality určené současným nastavením společnosti a definované z pohledu učitelů základních a středních škol v České republice. Empirická část práce je realizována s využitím smíšeného designu. Dominují jí tři propojené a vzájemně se ovlivňující strategie výzkumu - kvalitativní, kvantitativní a deskriptivní. Závěr práce shrnuje výsledky všech tří částí výzkumu, prezentuje přínos práce vědnímu oboru a představuje možnosti dalšího rozvoje tématu.. -- Abstract: This dissertation is focused on the problematics of fairness in the assessment of the pupils' education results in the context of the curriculum reform. The fairness is comprehended to be a term which is based on the currently valid and respected, written and unwritten regulations and norms. In connection with a possible justice theory definition, the fairness in the assessment of the pupils' education results is solved in the context of the given social reality determinated by the present society attitude and defined from the point of view of the teachers from the basic and secondary schools within the Czech Republic. The empirical part has been performed with help of the mixed-method design. It is devided into three research strategies which are connected with one another and they also influence each other. They are the quantitative, qualitative and descriptive research strategies. At the end of the dissertation there is a result summary of all three parts of the research, presentation of the dissertation's benefits for the science discipline and the introduction of another option on the topic's development.
