Práce je zaměřena na problematiku artroskopicky řešené Bankartovy léze. Obecná část je zaměřena na anatomické struktury podmiňující stabilitu ramenního kloubu, biomechaniku pohybů v ramenním pletenci a na diagnostiku poruch v této oblasti. Speciální část obsahuje nejnovější poznatky z oblasti artroskopické refixace odtrženého labra. V rehabilitační části jsou zmíněny fyzioterapeutické metody a procedury z oblasti fyzikální terapie, které lze použít právě pro rehabilitaci po artroskopické operaci a následné imobilizaci. Součástí práce je i kazuistika pacientky s artroskopicky řešenou Bankartovou lézí.The work is focused on issues in the arthroscopic repair of Bankart lesion. The general part is focused on the anatomical structures necessary for the stability of the shoulder joint, biomechanics of movement in the shoulder girdle and the diagnostics of disorders in this area. The special section includes the latest findings in the area of arthroscopic re-fixing of torn labrum. The rehabilitation part mentions possible physiotherapy methods and treatments following the arthroscopic surgery and subsequent immobilization. The work also includes the case study of a patient who underwent the arthroscopic repair of Bankart lesion.
