Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou života učitelů vzhledem k délce praxe a schopností smysluplně žít.Teoretická část se věnuje profesi učitele, jeho osobnosti a zdraví. Praktická část je zaměřená na výzkum pomocí dvou dotazníků. Cílem je zjistit, zda dokážou žít smysluplněji ženy nebo muži a jestli má délka praxe vliv na kvalitu jejich života.My dissertation work is dealing with the lifestyle of teachers and how this profession influences the lifes of the teachers according to the years spent at this work. The theoretical part explains the basics of this teaching profession as well as the importance of the right personality needed for doing this work. It gives also information about the health of the teachers and the potential problems influenced by doing this work. In practical part of this work I tried to make the field research at schools using two types of the questionnaire forms. The aim of this questionnaire survey is to find out, whether the men or the women teachers live more meaningful and happier life. I also tried to find out how the years spent doing this profession influences the quality of the teacher's lifestyles.
