Bilance v analýze kompozičních dat [rukopis] / Klára Hrůzová. -- 2012. -- 59. -- Oponent Lubomír Kubáček. -- Ved. práce Karel Hron. -- Abstract: Kompoziční data jsou mnohorozměrná data nesoucí pouze relativní informaci. Pro práci s tímto typem dat byla zavedena Aitchisonova geometrie na simplexu lišící se od euklidovské na reálném prostoru. Abychom na data mohli použít standardní statistické metody, je třeba je transformovat do reálného prostoru. Z postupného binárního dělení získáme ortonormální bázi, s pomocí níž data transformujeme do reálného prostoru v podobě souřadnic, bilancí. V práci je uveden postup pro tvorbu bilancí, jejich interpretace a vlastnosti. Dále je představen program CoDaPack a tvorba bilančního dendrogramu.. -- Abstract: Compositional data are multivariate data that carry only relative information. The Aitchison geometry in the simplex was introduced to deal with these type of data which differ from the Euclidean geometry in the real space. To use standard statistical methods on this data it is required to transform them into real space. In sequential binary partition we obtain an orthonormal basis and its corresponding coordinates (balances) that are used to transform compositional data into real space. This thesis is devoted to describe a procedure of obtaining balances, their interpretation and characteristics. It is also introduced a program of CoDaPack and construction of balance dednrogram.
