(150 626znaků) Annotation Cílem výzkumu je zjištění postojů, následného vymezení a vnímání hranic sexuálního a genderového obtěžování (dále jen ve zkratce SGO) ve vysokoškolském prostředí z pozice dvou hlavních aktérů. Výzkum se bude jednak zabývat postoji a vymezení hranic SGO z pozice studentů, druhými aktéry výzkumu budou vysokoškolští pedagogové. Oblasti zájmu bude snaha poukázat na jejich osobní definici SGO, jak jej vnímají, jaké mají nastavené vlastní hranice ve vnímání obtěžujícího chování, resp. co konkrétně oni sami považují, či nepovažují za projevy obtěžování. Dalším důležitým bodem bude náhled vlastních preventivních návrhů participantů výzkumu, jak předcházet, zjistit, či postihovat SGO ve vysokoškolském prostředí. The aim of the research is to find out the attitudes, subsequent delimitation and perception of the limits of sexual and gender harassment (hereinafter abbreviated as SGO) in the university environment from the position of two main actors. The research will deal with attitudes and delimitation of SGO boundaries from the position of students and the second actors of the research will be university educators. Areas of interest will be an effort to point out their personal definition of SGO, how they perceive it, what their own boundaries in perception of annoying behavior, respectively. specifically what they consider or do not consider as harassment. Another important point will be a preview of their own preventive proposals of research participants, how to prevent, detect or penalize SGO in the university environment. Subj.
