Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Diamondovy-Blackfanovy anémie - informovaností sester o tomto vzácném onemocnění, jeho etiologii, diagnostice, komplikacích, léčebných možnostech. Nemalá část se věnuje dvěma stěžejním způsobům léčby - chelataci a hemoterapii. Kapitola o hemoterapii uzavírá teoretickou část. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak jsou sestry ve Fakultní nemocnici v Olomouci informovány o problematice Diamondovy-Blackfanovy anémie. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno na hematoonkolgické klinice a dětské klinice ve Fakultní nemocnici v Olomouci prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Materiál bude využit k ucelení znalostí o této problematice v rámci adaptačního procesu. Praktická část práce obsahuje výzkumné šetření, jehož výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů a shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru.Bachelor thesis deals with Diamond-Blackfan anaemia - awareness of nurses about this rare disease, its etiology, diagnosis, complications, treatments options. A large part deals with two central treatments - chelation and haemotherapy. Closes chapter on haemotherapy theoretical. The aim of this work is to determine how nurses are in the Faculty Hospital in Olomouc informed on the issue of Diamond-Blackfan anaemia. Research investigations were carried out on Haematooncology clinic and Children's clinic in the Faculty Hospital in Olomouc trough questionnaire survey. Material will be used to integrated knowledge on this issue in the adaptation process. The practical part of the work includes research survey, whose outputs are processed into tables and graphs and summarized the discussion and conclusion.
