Tématem diplomové práce je - Problematika zrakově postižených lidí procházejících rehabilitací. Popisujeme zde jednotlivé složky rehabilitace, léčebné, sociální a pracovní. Jsou zde uvedeny podmínky rehabilitace a její proces. Hlavním cílem bylo charakterizovat celou problematiku a popsat zde rehabilitaci zrakově postižených lidí se všemi jejími úskalími. Vymezit základní pojmy související s rehabilitací zrakově postižených osob a charakterizovat provázanost jednotlivých složek rehabilitace. Jsou zde uvedena i legislativní opatření a jejich zakotvení v českých zákonech. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit uplatnění zrakově postižených osob na trhu práce. Možnosti jejich vzdělávání a rekvalifikace. Práce je koncipována do dvou na sebe navazujících celků, a to části teoretické a části empirické. V první kapitole popisujeme základní terminologii, charakterizujeme jednotlivé složky rehabilitace zrakově postižených osob. V praktické části seznamujeme s výsledky průzkumu prováděného mezi zaměstnanci Tyfloservisů, o.p.s., kteří se zabývají sociální rehabilitací zrakově postižených uživatelů služeb středisek Tyfloservis, o.p.s. v celé České republice. Celá práce je poté shrnuta v závěru.The topic of this diploma thesis is - problems of visually handicapped persons who are going through a rehabilitation. We are describing individual components of rehabilitation-therapeutic, social and working ones. There are quoted here some requierements for a rehabilitation and all the process of it. The main aim is to characterize all the problems and to describe the rehabilitation for visually handicapped persons, with all its difficulty. Another aim is to define a basic conceptions and to characterize the connectivity of individual components of this rehabilitation. There are mentioned here some legislative provisions and their embedding in the Czech law. Our different aim is to find out the assertion of visually handicapped persons on the labor market, possibilities of their education and their retraining. This work is composed of two parts making a whole-theoretical and empirical part. The first section describes basic terminology and characterizes individual components of the rehabilitation for visually handicapped persons. The other section acquaints us with a result of our investigation which we made among amployees working for Tyfloservis, o.p.s. who work at a social rehabilitation of visually handicapped persons using services of the centre of Tyfloservis, o.p.s. in the whole Czech republic. The whole work is summarized in the final chapter.
