Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika cestovního ruchu v bretaňském departementu Morbihan. Cílem je poskytnout čtenáři ucelený přehled o fungování sektoru cestovního ruchu v celonárodním měřítku, popsat role jednotlivých úrovní samosprávných celků v daném odvětví, definovat jednotlivé aktéry a přiblížit politiku cestovního ruchu departementu a její nástroje. V první části je popsána charakteristika departementu Morbihan a jeho specifika, včetně hospodářské činnosti a demografických, geografických a dalších podmínek. Druhá část práce se pak zabývá oblastí cestovního ruchu ve Francii, jeho organizační strukturou, politikou a legislativním vymezením, dále seznamuje čtenáře s cestovním ruchem v Morbihanu, jeho ekonomickým významem, výkonnými orgány pověřenými touto oblastí a koncepcemi trvale udržitelného rozvoje. Poslední část je věnována analýze turistických cílů a služeb cestovního ruchu v Morbihanu a zahrnuje i ubytovací zařízení a služby včetně nejrůznějších příslušných statistik.The introduced thesis deals with the tourism sector in the departement of Morbihan in Brittany, France. The principal aim is to make the reader acquainted with the basic features of tourism at national level, describe the role of particular tiers of local administration in the field of tourism, introduce the involved authorities and characterize the tourism policy of the departement as well as its tools. The objective of the first chapter is to provide basic information about the departement of Morbihan, i.e. its economical, demographical, geographical, and other aspects. The second chapter then deals with tourism in France, its organization, policies, and legislative frame. It describes the the tourism in Morbihan, its economical importance, respective authorities, and its conceptions of sustainable development. The final part is dedicated to the analysis of tourist destinations and services in Morbihan, as well as accomodation facilities and services including various related statistics.
