Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou uplatnění absolventů oboru Management zdravotnictví v praxi. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Obsahem teoretické části je analýza a deskripce způsobu manažerského vzdělávání ve zdravotnictví v České republice. Těžiště praktické části tvoří kvantitativní průzkumné šetření, ve kterém jsou pomocí dotazníku osloveni absolventi oboru Management zdravotnictví. Analýza a interpretace získaných dat z průzkumného šetření poskytne informace o efektivitě oboru a jeho vlivu na další uplatnění absolventů studia Management ve zdravotnictví. Tato diplomová práce je motivací ke studiu uchazečů či studentů daného oboru.The diploma project deals with the Analyzing the Placement of Health Care Management Graduates. The work is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part covers the analysis and deskription of managerial education in the Czech republic. The centre of the practical part makes the survey , in which the graduates are address through the special questionnaire. The analysis and the interpretation of the obtain data from the survey is used for giving information about the efficiency of this field of study and his effect on the placement of Health Care management graduates. This diploma project is designed to motivate student for study this field of study.
