Cílem diplomové práce je specifikovat charakter stresorů a reakce na stres u uživatelů návykových látek, kteří navštěvují kontaktní centrum, zjistit jejich strategie zvládání stresu, a porovnat výsledky zkoumání se zkušenostmi pracovníků kontaktního centra. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se věnuje zejména tématům stres, coping, strategie zvládání, klienti kontaktních center a proběhlým výzkumům na téma copingové strategie. V praktické části jsou za pomoci analýzy dat zprostředkovány odpověďi na výzkumné otázky. Použitými metodami získávání dat jsou kvadrant klasifikace stresových situací, strukturované interview, dotazník SVF 78 a ohnisková skupina. Výzkumný soubor tvořili dlouhodobí injekční uživatelé návykových látek pravidelně navštěvující kontaktní centrum.The aim of the thesis is to specify the character of stressors and reaction to stress of drug users who visit the drop- in centre, to detect their coping strategies and to compare the outcomes of this research with experiences of the employees of drop-in centre. The thesis is structured in two parts. The theoretical part is particularly engaged in theme of stress, coping, coping strategies, clients of drop- in centre and past research of coping strategies. In the practical part, there are mediate the answers to research questions with the assistance of the analysis of the data. The methods of research are quadrant to classifying the stress situations, structured interview, the questionnaire SVF 78 and the focus group. The research group was made by long-term intravenous drug users who regularly visit the drop- in centre.
