Andragogická reinterpretace politiky Vyrovnávání se s politickými institucemi. Vyrovnávání politických institucí. Práce se zaměřuje na politiku a politické instituce v andragogických souvislostech. Politiku chápe na jedné straně jako systém možností a na straně druhé jako systém regulací a povinností. Prostor, který se pro andragogiku odkrývá, je především v chápání předmětu andragogiky jako vyrovnávání se aktéra s politickými institucemi. Zde je sledována systémová rovina a regulační funkce politicko-administrativního subsystému. Druhá rovina andragogiky se zaměřuje na vyrovnávání politických institucí aktérem, které je možné sledovat pomocí teorie demokracie v souvislosti s užívanými typy jednání. V tomto textu pracujeme s agregativní teorií, teorií elit a deliberativním pojetí demokracie, kdy je na základě výzkumného šetření vymezen prostor pro andragogickou intervenci.The Political reinterpretation of Andragogy. Balancing of the Political Institutions. Balance of Political Institucions. The thesis focuses on politics and political institutions in relation to andragogy. Andragogy considers politics in two ways - as a system of opportunities and as a system of regulations and obligations. The space which opens up for andragogy lies mainly in understanding its subject as coping of a person involved with political institutions. The system level and the regulatory function of a political-administrative subsystem are observed. The next level of andragogy focuses on balancing the political institutions by a person involved which may be observed by the theory of democracy in connection with the used types of behaviour. In this text we work with the aggregative theory, the theory of elites and the deliberative approach to democracy where a space for andragogical intervention is delimited on the basis of a research.
