Předmětem bakalářské práce je kompetenční přístup v oblasti lidských zdrojů v terénní pečovatelské službě. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat ty kompetence pracovníků, které jsou nezbytné pro poskytování kvalitní pomoci a podpory klientům terénní pečovatelské služby. Práce rovněž odpovídá na otázku, jaké projevy chování jsou pro zjištěné kompetenční oblasti charakteristické. V teoretické části práce vysvětluji základní aspekty týkající se požadavků na pracovníka-pečovatelku v souvislosti s prací v terénní pečovatelské službě. Také zde objasňuji základní pojmy a možnosti v oblasti využívání a identifikace kompetencí. Empirická část je strukturována jako postupný proces. Výzkum je proveden kvalitativní metodou, a to kombinací obsahové analýza dokumentů a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky. Výstupem z výzkumu bude přehled klíčových kompetencí, který by určoval žádoucí stav vývoje pracovních předpokladů pracovníků.The subject of the present bachelor's thesis is the competency-based approach in the field of human resources, specifically in the area of field social work. The thesis also addresses the question of what behavioural manifestations are characteristic of the identified competency areas. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic aspects related to the job criteria for a worker/carer in connection with the work in field care services. Moreover, it clarifies the basic concepts and possibilities in the area of application and identification of competencies. The empirical part of the thesis is structured as a sequential process. The research is conducted using a qualitative method, namely a combination of the content analysis of documents and semi-structured interviews with workers. The output of the research will provide a comprehensive overview of the key competencies, which would also establish the desired state of development of the workers' job prerequisites.
