Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou potřeb a možné podpory rodin s členem po coming outu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rodinu, vnitřní strukturu, proměny rodiny v čase a její důležitou roli v otázce sebepřijetí. Dále se zabývá popisem coming outu v rodinném prostředí a potenciálními faktory majícími vliv na vyrovnávání se s odlišnou sexuální identitou. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola sociální práce, která se orientuje na předpoklady sociální práce s rodinou s členem po coming outu, uvádí i tematické výzkumy a publikace. Praktická část se prostřednictvím kvalitativní studie zaměřuje na téma vyrovnávání se s odlišnou sexuální identitou v rodinném prostředí s cílem identifikovat problémové oblasti a potřeby rodinných příslušníků v souvislosti s coming outem. Na kvalitativní studii navazuje kritická reflexe výsledků s návrhem možností adekvátní podpory z pohledu sociální práce.The thesis deals with the question of needs and possible support of families with a member after coming out. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is focused on family, internal structure, changes of family in time and its important role in the issue of self-acceptance. It also deals with the description of coming out in a family environment and potential factors affecting the settlement of different sexual identities. The theoretical part is concluded by the chapter of social work, which focuses on the prerequisites of social work with the family with a member after coming out, also presents thematic researches and publications. The practical part, through a qualitative study, focuses on the topic of dealing with different sexual identities in a family environment in order to identify problem areas and the needs of family members in connection with coming out. The qualitative study is followed by a critical reflection of the results with a proposal of adequate support in terms of social work.
