Diplomová práce se věnuje popsání a analýze aktuálních otázek mateřství. Čtyřmi hlavními tématy jsou anonymní a utajené porody, problematika baby-boxů, asistovaná reprodukce a náhradní mateřství, které tvoří i jednotlivé kapitoly. V práci je kladen důraz na analýzu platné a účinné právní úpravy. U institutů, které nemají právní úpravu, je myšleno na možnosti právního zakotvení. První kapitola pojednává o mateřství obecně. Druhá kapitola řeší anonymní a utajené porody. Následující kapitola se zabývá problematikou baby-boxů. Předposlední kapitola řeší asistovanou reprodukci a pátá kapitola hovoří o náhradním mateřství.This thesis deals with description and analysis of the up-to-date questions of motherhood. There are 4 main topics, which are anonymous childbirths and childbirths with the identity of the mother clasified, problems in regard to the anonymous abandonment of children in babyboxes, assisted reproduction and surrogacy. These are the headlines of each chapters. This paperwork deals with the legislature of the Czech Republic. Some of the main topics are not part of the Czech legislature therefore the author gives examples how to embody it into the law. First chapter deals with the motherhood generally. In second chapter we can find anonymous childbirths and childbirths with the identity of the mother classified. Next chapter deals with the problems in regard to the anonymous abandonment of children in babyboxes. Forth chapter is dedicated to the assisted reproduction. The last but not least chapter talks about surrogacy.
