V této práci byly studovány hybridní systémy složené z grafitu a oligonukleotidů. Ke studiu byly využity mikroskopie atomárních sil, kapacitní skenovací mikroskopie a Ramanova spektrometrie. In this work we studied hybrid systems composed of graphite and oligonucleotides. The techniques of atomic force microscopy, scanning capacitance microscopy and Raman spectroscopy were used. The principle of the techniques and their application potential in the field of studied materials are summarized in theoretical part. The practical part provides the results of experiments which reveal that the oligonucleotides form spherical units on graphite surface. The size of units is not affected by chain length.
