Cílem této diplomové práce bylo na základě získaných poznatků provést analýzu financování sportu a rekreace z rozpočtu města Český Těšín. Smyslem provedené analýzy bylo zjistit základní bilanci podpory sportu v členění na institucionální a neinstitucionální podporu. Výsledky analýzy ukazují na dominantní postavení institucionální podpory, na kterou připadá v průměru 2 376 Kč/obyv. (73 194 tis. Kč) a dosahuje osminásobku hodnoty zjištěné ve městě Olomouc, menší část podpory připadá na neinstitucionální podporu ? 114 Kč/obyv. (3 137 tis. Kč), zde byla hodnota nižší ve srovnání se statutárními městy. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků byl připraven návrh na zefektivnění podpory sportu. Získané poznatky mohou posloužit jako podklad k dalším strategickým krokům v oblasti financování sportu a rekreace této municipality, či jako podklad k dalším výzkumům.The goal of this thesis was to make an analysis of sport and recreation funding from the budget of the town of Český Těšín based on obtained findings. The analysis was carried out to find out the basic evaluation of support of sport dividing into institutional and non-institutional support. The results of the analysis indicate a predominant position of institutional support, for which there is allotted on average 2376 CZK/per capita (77194k CZK) and it reaches eight times the figure ascertained in the town of Olomouc. The smaller part of the support falls to non-institutional support - 114 CZK/per capita (3137k CZK), here was the figure lower in comparison with other statutory towns. Based on the detected deficiencies, there was a proposal drawn up for efficiency increase in sport support. Gained findings can serve either as a foundation for other strategic steps in the area of sport and recreation funding of this municipality, or as a basis for other researches.
