Tato práce si klade za cíl analyzovat vztah, který měla Československá strana národně demokratická k zahraničně-politické orientaci politického uskupení Hrad v letech 1918-1934. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole autor předkládá stručnou historii politického uskupení Hrad a snaží se tento fenomén komplexněji charakterizovat. Druhá kapitola popisuje historii Československé strany národně demokratické a snaží se čtenáři poskytnout komplexní profil strany. Poslední kapitola je rozdělena podle hlavních subjektů zájmu hradní zahraničně-politické orientace na Rusko resp. SSSR, Francii, Společnost národů a Malou dohodu a analyzuje postoj, který k těmto jednotlivým částem z komplexu hradní zahraničně-politické orientace zaujala Československá národní demokracie. Vzhledem k historizující povaze tématu byla práce napsána jako ateoretická případová studie. Hlavní výzkumná otázka práce zní: Proč se zahraničně-politická orientace Národní demokracie nemohla v praxi stát alternativou k zahraničně-politické orientaci Hradu? Autor v závěru práce odpovídá na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, kterou si položil a zjišťuje, že zahraničně-politická orientace národně demokratické strany se v praxi nemohla stát alternativou k zahraničně-politické orientaci Hradu, protože národní demokraté svoji zahraničně-politickou koncepci založili na nebolševickém Rusku, které v letech 1918-1934 neexistovalo. Naopak Hrad se snažil diverzifikovat svou orientaci na přinejmenším čtyři hlavní subjekty ? Francii, Malou dohodu, Společnost národů a později SSSR.This work aims to analyze the relationship that had the Czechoslovak National Democratic Party on foreign policy orientation of political group Castle in the years 1918-1934. The work is divided into three main chapters. In the first chapter the author presents a brief history of political group castle and try to characterize this phenomenon comprehensively. The second chapter describes the history of the Czechoslovak National Democratic Party and strives to provide the reader a comprehensive profile of the party. The last chapter is divided by the interests of the main subject of the castle's foreign policy orientation on Russia respectively USSR, France, the League of Nations and the Little Entente and analyzes the attitude that these individual parts of the castle complex foreign-policy orientation adopted a Czechoslovak national democracy. Given the historical nature of the topic work was written as ateoretic case study. The main research question of this study is: Why do foreign policy orientation national democracy could not become a practical alternative to the foreign policy orientation of the Castle? Author in the end of the work answers the main research question which he asked and found out that the foreign policy orientation of the National Democratic Party could not become a practical alternative to the foreign policy orientation of the Castle, because the National Democrats foreign policy founded on the concept non-existent non- Bolshevik Russia in the years 1918- 1934. Conversely Castle tried to diversify its orientation on at least four major subjects - France, the Little Entente, League of Nations and later the USSR.
