Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je počítačem podporovaný překlad s důrazem na překladatele z nizozemštiny do češtiny a angličtiny. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je čtenář seznámen s nejdůležitějšími pojmy a vývojem počítačem podporovaného překladu, dále jsou zde představeny a porovnány nejpoužívanější programy (Trados, Wordfast, Memoq a Déja vu). V práci jsou dále zmíněny další pojmy a technologie nezbytné pro překladatele - strojový překlad (Google Traslate a Babelfish), lokalizace, crouwdsourcing a optické rozpoznávání znaků (OCR). Praktická část se skládá z ankety určené překladatelům mezi dvěma menšími jazyky (NL-CS, CS-NL) a jedním menším a jedním větším jazykem (NL-EN, EN-NL). Hlavní důraz je kladen na názory překladatelů a na případné rozdíly mezi oběma skupinami, jako například jaké programy používají, výhody a nevýhody daných programů, jejich nezbytnost a využití. Dále vzdělání a specializace překladatelů, jejich názor na strojový překlad, lokalizaci a další. Výsledky ankety jsou porovnány a podloženy dalšími výzkumy a anketami zaměřenými na počítačem podporovaný překlad.The main topic of the final work is Computer Aided Translation focused mainly on translators who translate from Dutch toCzech and/or English. The work consists of two parts - a theoretical and a practical one. In the theoretical part, the most important terms are introduced, as well as the development and history of Computer Aided Translation, and finally the most used programmes are presented and compared (Trados, Wordfast, Memoq and Déja vu). Subsequently, other important terms and technologies necessary for translators are introduced - Machine Translation (Google Translate, Babelfish), Localisation, Crouwdsourcing and Optical Character Recognition. The practical part is based on questionnaires for translators between two smaller languages (NL-CS, CS-NL) and one bigger and one smaller language (EN-NL, NL-EN). An emphasis is placed on the opinions and experience of translators and potential differences between both groups. They were asked which programmes they use, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each, and their usefulness and indispensability. Further concerns are the education of translators and their specialisation, their view on machine translation and localisation, and more. The results are compared and supported by other questionnaires and research dealing with Computer Aided Translation.
