He set out to interview experts in 20 US cities including Houston, the fattest city in America, whilst at the same time conducting his own personal experiment: eat nothing but McDonalds for 30 days straight. There were four rules: 1. No options: only eat what was available over the counter (including water!), 2. No 'supersizing', unless offered, 3. No excuses: eat every item on the menu at least once, 4.
