Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku námitek vůči záznamu bodů v registru řidičů, především na jejich problematické oblasti a možnosti, jak tyto problémy odstranit. Cílem této práce je analyzovat situaci, kdy řidič dosáhne hranice 12 bodů, případně jiné situace, kdy lze podat námitky vůči záznamu bodů. Touto diplomovou prací chci řidičům přiblížit institut námitek, kdy a jak lze použít, a jaké jsou následky jejich použití. V první kapitole se věnuji bodovému systému, který je s námitkovým řízením úzce spjat. V druhé charakterizuji námitky, ve třetí se věnuje problematickým oblastem a ve čtvrté kapitole navrhuji řešení, jak problematickou oblast odstranit. Závěrem výše uvedené shrnutí a odpovím na svou výzkumnou otázku.This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of objections to the recording of points in the driver's register, especially on their problematic areas and the possibilities of how to eliminate these problems. The aim of this work is to analyse the situation when the driver reaches the limit of 12 points, or other situations where objections can be filed to the recording of points. With this diploma thesis, I want to introduce the institute of objections to drivers, when and how they can be used, and what are the consequences of their use. In the first chapter, I deal with the point system, which is closely related to the objection procedure. In the second chapter I characterize the objections, in the third chapter I deal with problematic areas and in the fourth chapter I propose a solution to eliminate the problematic area. In conclusion, the above summary and I will answer my research question.
