Práce se zabývá problematikou poranění bránice, která vzhledem k nízkému výskytu bývá často zanedbávána. Kromě anatomických poznatků jsou zde uvedeny možné příčiny vzniku poranění, nejčastější lokalizace, diagnostika a četné diagnostické omyly, možnosti operačního ošetření vzniklého defektu a podstata rehabilitace u těchto poranění.The work deals with an issue of injury of diaphragm that owing to its low occurrence is often neglected. Besides anatomic findings possible reasons for a creation of these injuries, the most frequent localisation, diagnostics and numerous diagnostic mistakes, a possibility of operational treatment of arisen defect and the essence of rehabilitation at these injuries are stated here.
