Práce pojednává o možnostech využití kryoterapie u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou mozkomíšní. V první kapitole je popsána kryoterapie jako součást fyzikální léčby a její vliv na lidský organismus, ve druhé kapitole roztroušená skleróza jako hlavní představitel demyelinizačních syndromů, její patogeneze a symptomy. Třetí kapitola se zabývá léčbou této nemoci, zahrnující farmakologickou léčbu, fyzioterapii, fyzikální terapii, psychoterapii a ergoterapii a čtvrtá kapitola shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o vlivu kryoterapie na jednotlivé symptomy roztroušené sklerózy.This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of the usage of cryotherapy by the patients with celebrospinal multiple sclerosis. In the first chapter, cryotherapy as a part of physical therapy and its influence on human organism are described, in the second chapter the multiple sclerosis as the main representative of demyelinating syndromes, its pathogenesis and symptoms are discussed. The third chapter deals with the treatment of this disease, including pharmacological treatment, physiotherapy, physical therapy, psychotherapy and ergotherapy, and the fourth chapter summarizes the current knowledge of the influence of cryotherapy on individual symptoms of multiple sclerosis.
