Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití case managementu v práci s ohroženými rodinami. Přestože je case management relativně nová metoda na poli sociální práce s ohroženými rodinami, její přínos může být nesmírně cenný.Klíčovým prvkem jsou případové konference. Na těch se podílí všechny subjekty, které jakoliv přicházejí do styku s ohroženou rodinou. Ať už to jsou učitelé, vychovatelé, policie, soudci, orgány OSPOD nebo samotní rodiče, všichni mají možnost ovlivnit situaci této rodiny a proto jsou bráni v potaz. Transformace systému péče o ohrožené děti je nezbytná a je zmíněna i v několika dokumentech vlády a různých ministerstev. Ve všech studiích jsou za nedostatky v systému považovány roztříštěnost, nízká kvalita služeb a strnulá legislativa. Case management obchází tyto defekty vysokou flexibilitou, spolupráci mezi jednotlivými subjekty a svou účinností, která se stále více potvrzuje u těch organizací, které s touto metodou již pracují.This thesis deals with the possibilities of use of case management in working with vulnerable families. Although case management is a relatively new method in the field of social work with vulnerable families, its benefits can be very valuable. The key element is so called case conference. People present on these conferences are those who somehow come into contact with the vulnerable families. Whether they are teachers, educators, police, judges, OSPOD authorities or the parents themselves, they all have the opportunity to influence the situation of the family and are therefore taken into account. The need to transform the system of care for vulnerable children is omnipresent and is based on several documents from various Ministries and the Government. In all the realised studies were the biggest weaknesses of the system fragmentation, poor quality of service and rigid legislation. Case management bypasses these defects by its high flexibility, cooperation between different actors and high degree of effectiveness which is obvious in those organizations that involved the method of case management into their strategy.
