The project aims to determine the incidence and volume of fetal hemorrhage (FMH) during delivery, to identify risk conditions involving increasingly greater FMH. Determination of these parameters would allow to optimize the implementation of the recommendations of prevention of RhD alloimmunization. Thanks to the prevention of alloimmunization by anti-D immunoglobulin occurred in developed countries to reduce the number of cases of severe fetal anemia. It is estimated that despite the enormous success of anti-D prophylaxis is still occurring in 0.27% of Rh-negative women to raise awareness. Frequent cause of failure is the recommended prophylactic procedure.
