Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřování pacientů vyžadujících kulturně specifickou péči odpovídající jejich civilizační orientaci. Počet imigrantů legálních i nelegálních se prudce zvyšuje a tak jsou sestry stále častěji konfrontovány s jejich kulturní a etnickou odlišností. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, s jakými problémy se sestry při poskytování zdravotní péče setkávají nejčastěji, jak tyto problémy zvládají a jak překonávají případnou jazykovou barieru. Práce se věnuje problematice tří skupin. Romové představují nejpočetnější menšinu, která zde žije již několik generací. Vietnamci jsou nejpočetnější skupinou migrantů odlišné kultury a muslimové jsou malou skupinou, ale kulturní, zvyková a nábožensky motivovaná odlišnost je nejvýraznější. Tato práce je přehledová, k jejímu vytvoření bylo použito rešerší odborných článků v databázích a pomocí vyhledávače.This bachelor´s thesis deals with nursing patients requiring culturally specific care appropriate to their civilizational orientation. The number of legal and illegal immigrants is rapidly increasing and nurses are increasingly confronted with their cultural and ethnic differences. The aim of this thesis is to find out what problems the nurses providing health care encounter most often, how they cope with these problems and how they overcome possible language barriers. The thesis describes issues of the following three groups. The Roma are the largest minority living in this country for several generations. The Vietnamese are the largest group of migrants of a different culture and the Muslims are a small group, but their cultural, customary and religious differences are the most significant. This thesis is a survey using research articles in databases and search engines.
